On October 16, led by Yue Peng (Chairman of BSAM), Zhi Jun (President of BSAM), Xiao Wende (Vice President of BSAM) and Wu Xiaonan (Vice President of BSAM), inspection teams respectively checked safety maintenance and service support of construction site of National Speed Skating Stadium, National Aquatics Center, Beijing National Stadium, Capital Healthcare Group Co., Ltd and Beijing CHJ-Care Investment Co., Ltd during the Period of the 19th CPC National Congress.
Yue Peng put forward five requirements for safety maintenance and service support of all BSAM subsidiaries: (1) It is necessary to solidify the political stance, strengthen the overall situation awareness, responsibility awareness and safety awareness, and emphasize the safety work. All BSAM subsidiaries shall fulfill responsibilities layer by layer, impose pressures layer by layer, and take detailed measures layer by layer. (2) All BSAM subsidiaries should further optimize and improve the internal safety management organization system, assign down-to-earth and strict safety responsibility within duty scope, make particular stress on patrolling and surveillance of key locations, and ensure no blind side. (3) It is necessary to properly carry out the Internet public opinion monitoring, promptly detect and handle signs and tendencies, take the initiative to seek support and assistance from competent governmental authorities for information and clues which are likely to cause unexpected mass incidents, report and dispose of these incidents without delay, and avoid the media hype. (4) It is necessary to properly welcome and render services for delegates of during the Period of the 19th CPC National Congress, and make them feel happy and satisfied when they come and go. (5) Key timeframe of safety maintenance should cover from the present to the end of October. Zhi Jun pointed out that all BSAM subsidiaries should strengthen their own safety education. “Bird's Nest”, “Water Cube” and other enterprises should also strengthen the security management and education for settled businesses. At the same time, it is required to strengthen the communication and coordination with local governments and public security organs, accept temporary spot checks of competent authorities at any time, identify problems and rectify in time, and eliminate all kinds of safety loopholes.
